Infrastructure industry is directly depends on Cement industry. The cement sector in India is expecting positive growth in the next few years with more than 8% growth rate with big FDI support. Therefore, our training is helpful to those students, who want to take up career in cement industry.

Our training include raw material identification, mining methodology, material handling systems, storage facilities, Grinding Mills, manufacturing process, chemical analysis, major equipment like preheaters, Kiln etc.

7. Case studies on different varieties of cements and their utilities

Pertecnica Engineering offers self financed internships to BE / B Tech (Chemical) freshers and final year academic projects to Chemical engineering students on Cement plants, steel plants, power plants such as Thermal power plants, Combined cycle power plants, Bio-mass plants, Hydro electric plants etc in areas such as design, planning, procurement, erection, commissioning, site engineering, Project management, production mechanism, O & M etc.

Presently, the Institute is offering the internships on standards, specifications and guidelines in cement plant technologies.

Practical exposure is very much essential to understand the subject. In India, our colleges are not equipped with necessary infrastructure to impart practical training to the students. We are taking that responsibility by gathering the requirements from the industry and training our students on those skills.

Internships can be summer training, Minor projects, Final year projects or Project training for ME / M Tech students. In these internships, we train the students on design philosophy, erection & commissioning, Operations & Maintenance of any particular equipment in detail. Students can choose any interesting subject / topic / equipment in steel plants, cement plants, power plants, oil & gas industry, manufacturing sector …etc.
