Project Planning Course for Civil Engineers

The Project Planning Course prepares civil engineers to work as planning engineers, project coordinators and scheduling professionals in building, infrastructure, metro, road, water, energy, industrial and EPC projects. The program trains learners in planning concepts, scheduling tools, monitoring, documentation, resource optimization and project control as per Indian and international construction practices.

This course is especially beneficial for civil engineers who already have construction experience but do not hold any certification in planning, and for fresh engineers who want to build strong planning and project management skills.

Skill Assessment, Skill Gap Training and Certification

Skill Assessment

We assess each participant’s capability in:

  • WBS development and schedule creation

  • Primavera/MS Project usage

  • Resource and cost planning

  • Progress tracking and delay analysis

  • Planning documentation and reporting

Skill Gap Training

After assessment, targeted training is provided to strengthen skills in scheduling tools, planning documentation, construction methodology understanding and project control practices based on EPC industry requirements.

Certification

After successful completion of assessment and training, participants receive:

  • Certified Project Planning Engineer Certification

  • Skill Assessment Report

  • Skill Gap Improvement Record

This certification helps engineers build careers as Planning Engineers, Project Coordinators, Delay Analysts, Billing Planners, Cost Controllers and Project Management Professionals in leading EPC companies, builders, infrastructure firms, metro projects, and industrial construction companies.
